What I collect when you enquire or book, how it is used, and the rights you have over your information.

Who I Am

Nine3 Weddings is a UK wedding stationery and website design studio, trading as part of Nine3 Designs. I am the data controller for the personal information you share with me, and I look after it in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What I Collect

When you send an enquiry or booking I collect the details you give me: your names, email address, wedding date, venue and colour palette details, your chosen wording, and the products you are interested in.

If you message me on Instagram, I receive your handle and whatever you choose to tell me in that conversation.

How I Use Your Information

I use your details to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, design your stationery or website, keep in touch while your order is in progress, and arrange delivery. Where your order includes printing, your wording and design details are shared with my print partner so your items can be produced.

I never sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising.

Forms & Email

The enquiry and contact forms on this site are processed by Formspree, which forwards your message to me by email. Your submitted details pass through Formspree as part of that delivery. Email conversations are kept in my email account, protected by two-factor authentication.

What This Site Does Not Do

This website runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no social media tracking pixels. Your enquiry basket is held in the memory of your own browser page only - it is never transmitted anywhere until you press "send my enquiry", and it disappears when you close the page.

How Long I Keep Things

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after around 24 months. Records for completed orders (quotes, proofs, invoices) are kept for up to 7 years where needed for tax and accounting purposes.

Your Rights

You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to me keeping it. The easiest way to make any of these requests is through the enquiry form on this site.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are ever unhappy with how your information has been handled.
