About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all wedding stationery, digital designs and wedding websites designed and supplied by Nine3 Weddings, a UK based design studio trading as part of Nine3 Designs. By placing an order or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms.

Quotations & Pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting prices ("from") and indicate the most common version of each product. Your final quote depends on the pieces you choose, the quantities, your chosen materials and how much personalisation your design needs.
Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date they are sent. After that, prices may be updated to reflect current costs.
Booking & Deposit
Your wedding date is reserved in the studio diary once your booking form is returned and your deposit is paid. The deposit confirms your place in the schedule and covers design time reserved for you.
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started, as the time reserved and design development cannot be resold. The balance of your order is due before your final files or printed items are released.
Design Process & Proofs
Every design includes digital proofs so you can see exactly how your stationery will look. Your quote will confirm how many rounds of amendments are included - most designs include up to two rounds of reasonable changes.
Additional rounds of changes, or significant redesigns after proofs have been approved, may incur an additional charge which will always be discussed with you first.
Please check your proofs carefully - names, dates, spellings, times and addresses. Once you approve your proof in writing, your files go to print or are released as final, and Nine3 Weddings cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Your Words & Images
You confirm that any wording, readings, photographs or other content you supply for your design belongs to you, or that you have permission to use it.
You take full responsibility for the accuracy of names, dates, venues and RSVP details supplied for your stationery and website.
Turnaround Times
Estimated production and delivery times are given when you book and are confirmed at the design stage. These estimates assume prompt feedback on proofs, as design pauses while we wait on your replies.
If your date is very close, please tell me before booking so a realistic schedule can be agreed. Rushed schedules may be possible for an additional fee.
Printing & Delivery
Printed stationery is delivered to the address given at booking, usually by tracked courier or signed-for post. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives and let me know about any problem within 48 hours, so I can put it right quickly.
Named-time upgrades (such as guaranteed next-day delivery) may be available depending on your order and will be quoted separately.
Wedding Websites
Wedding website packages include design, build, personalisation and hosting for the period stated in your quote. Your site stays live for that period from launch; extended hosting can usually be arranged on request.
Where you supply your own domain name, you remain the owner of that domain and are responsible for its renewal with your registrar.
Website packages do not include on-the-day content management beyond what is agreed in your quote; changes after launch may be quoted separately.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or postpone, please let me know in writing as soon as possible. Where possible, one date transfer is offered free of charge, subject to studio availability.
Cancellations after design work has begun: the deposit is retained to cover reserved time and design development. Any printed items or digital work already completed must be paid for in full.
Because every order is personalised to your wedding, personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once production has begun (and always, once proofs are approved).
Digital Files Licence
Digital stationery is supplied as print-ready or share-ready files for personal use at your wedding. You may print copies, send them to guests and share them with your stationer or planner.
Files must not be edited beyond their intended use, resold, or used commercially (including for other events or businesses). The copyright in the design itself always remains with Nine3 Weddings.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Complaints & Contact
Complaints or questions about your order can be sent through the enquiry form on this site or by direct message on Instagram (@nine3weddings). I aim to reply to every message within 5 working days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts there.
